Scavenger Hunts
A scavenger hunt is a lot of fun, a strong relationship-builder, an active way to get to know a city or resort location and an excellent team building activity for your next event. Of particular relevance to corporate groups, participants are more successful in our programs if they use business skills such as problem-solving, creativity, time management, prioritization and decision-making. A scavenger hunt is also an excellent source of employee motivation.
ANYWHERE! We offer scavenger hunts in any North American location. Whether your group is in the USA, Canada, the Caribbean or Mexico, we can do it for you.
ANYTIME! Since our scavenger hunts are not weather-dependent, they can be run at any time of year. Short timelines? No problem – we can arrange your scavenger hunt on very short notice and with little time and effort required by you.

What is a scavenger hunt?
A scavenger hunt is an active and enjoyable team activity that is based on a list of questions to be answered and objects to be collected. Some answers and objects can be collected at specific locations, others can be collected at numerous locations. The questions are in random order, challenging teams to determine their optimal route and to prioritize the tasks that they will try to accomplish in the allotted time. Each team selects a unique route which means that teams don't follow each other around, however they frequently see each other along the way, adding to the competitive nature of the event.

Team Olympics
In the conference room, outside or even on the beach, we offer Team Olympics which are a combination of several activities. Stop dividing your team when it’s time for recreation at your meetings. Teams stick together and compete with each other for an overall championship.
We provide you with the ideal team building event using the Olympics as a backdrop. All team members are challenged to work together to reach for the gold. Get everyone involved and working together in a competitive environment taking the challenge that only team building can provide.

Effective Communication Styles
Learn the interaction between different communication styles through a behavioral assessment tool. This system acknowledges and takes advantage of style differences to create a more open climate.

Teams in Conflict
Using a team assessment tool, learn to recognize different types of conflict and model a strategy to successfully deal with counterproductive behavior which resolves conflict in the workplace.

Conflict Resolution Made Practical
This session provides new supervisors the basics of conflict resolution, understand the different types of difficult workplace personalities, recognize employee defensive tactics, and use strategies to successfully deal with difficult people.

Delivering an Effective Presentation
Effectively delivering formal and informal presentations can increase your business credibility. This training covers how to prepare a presentation using five easy steps, developing a style that fits you, techniques on overcoming nervousness, higher level facilitation through better questions, creating an atmosphere that encourages discussion, setting the presentation environment, and understanding audiovisual aids.
