Scavenger Hunts
A scavenger hunt is a lot of fun, a strong relationship-builder, an active way to get to know a city or resort location and an excellent team building activity for your next event. Of particular relevance to corporate groups, participants are more successful in our programs if they use business skills such as problem-solving, creativity, time management, prioritization and decision-making. A scavenger hunt is also an excellent source of employee motivation.
ANYWHERE! We offer scavenger hunts in any North American location. Whether your group is in the USA, Canada, the Caribbean or Mexico, we can do it for you.
ANYTIME! Since our scavenger hunts are not weather-dependent, they can be run at any time of year. Short timelines? No problem – we can arrange your scavenger hunt on very short notice and with little time and effort required by you.
ANYONE! Our scavenger hunts are designed for both small and large groups. There is no group size that we can’t handle! We have a variety of pricing options to suit your budget and the specific needs of your group.
What is a scavenger hunt?
A scavenger hunt is an active and enjoyable team activity that is based on a list of questions to be answered and objects to be collected. Some answers and objects can be collected at specific locations, others can be collected at numerous locations. The questions are in random order, challenging teams to determine their optimal route and to prioritize the tasks that they will try to accomplish in the allotted time. Each team selects a unique route which means that teams don't follow each other around, however they frequently see each other along the way, adding to the competitive nature of the event.
Team Olympics
In the conference room, outside or even on the beach, we offer Team Olympics which are a combination of several activities. Instead of mixing up teams after each activity, teams are kept intact and must compete with each other for an overall championship.

Video Programs
We have several video options and our most popular include:
DIRECTORS CUT:
In this fun and creative session, teams are given a video camera and must make a short film of 2-5 minutes in length (depending on the number of teams). Teams can write and film whatever they want. Suggestions are provided to help generate ideas, for example:
- Re-enact a scene from a classic movie or television show.
- Create a music video.
- Make a documentary about something interesting.
- Conduct a series of short “people on the street” interviews.
Various themes can be incorporated such as making films that have something to do with your company. Hilarious constraints can be given to increase the challenge and entertainment level. After the films are made, they are shown one after the other in a common location.
Note: Extra Charges apply.
PAY IT FORWARD:
There is an ever-increasing desire for employees to do good for their local community and the world. Pay It Forward is a program in which your company gets all the benefits of a team building program while also making a difference in the lives of others.
In Pay It Forward, participants are split into teams. Each team is given a quantity of money, usually $100 or more. Then teams are given the instruction to "go out and do good.” We give them ideas, but rely on their hearts to determine how they will use their money to make a difference for others.
To fully engage participants, competitive elements are added in such as "most creative use of funds", "most people affected" and "best story".
A debrief component takes place at the end in which participants share stories, key learnings and personal insights using a safe and structured process for the discussion.
In an optional (and strongly recommended) add-on, teams are given video cameras and make a video of their experience, according to guidelines that we give them. Videos are shared after the program and this becomes the basis for the subsequent discussion.
Pay It Forward challenges teams to be creative about how they use their time and money. This program is also a test of their teamwork skills and making decisions in a short period of time. It is also a lesson in allocating scarce resources and doing more with less. And perhaps most importantly, your group will have a reminder of how it feels to be of service. All relevant lessons for your group!
